A beautifully soft neckwarmer. DUNKIRK uses microscope imagery of individual sand grains at 50x and 100x magnification. I photographed a sand sample from Dunkirk under my microscope and picked out my favourite grains to create this textile - essentially creating my own sand! Seaglass, carnelians, rose quartz and fluorite can all be found in this textile. Dunkirk also features the handwritten coordinates of where the sand was collected.
Multipurpose, my handmade bamboo neckwarmers can be worn around the neck, as a face covering or even a headband. A great companion for any outdoor adventures or sports to keep the chill out whilst looking stylish, bamboo has naturally thermal properties. Neckwarmer is approximately 23cm high and are 52cm in diameter, made from a super stretchy material to fit any head and neck size.
