How long will my order take to dispatch?

All in stock products on my online store have a dispatch time of 5 working days but this is often less. If you need your order quickly please email agateandayre@gmail.com before ordering and I can advise you if I can rush the postage. Made to order items such as sweatshirts will have their dispatch time specified on the product page. Commissioned pieces will vary in dispatch time, as they are made to order.

Which postal options do you offer?

Domestic shipping options are all signed for and insured for your peace of mind and cost as follows: Orders under £50 will be sent using Royal Mails 2nd Class signed for service for £3.45 or can be upgraded to the 1st Class signed for service at £4.15. Orders over £100 will be shipped free of charge using Royal Mails 2nd Class signed for service or you can pay to upgrade to the 1st Class signed for service. Offering free shipping can be unsustainable for small businesses to offer, but I have tried to keep postage costs down whilst still providing a quick and traceable service. USA delivery is available, rates depend on the country and do not include any taxes or import fees. I can't be held responsible for any local taxes incurred when buying from outside the UK. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns or questions regarding this! Unfortunately due to complicated shipping processes post-Brexit I cannot offer an EU delivery service at this time but I am working hard to make this an option.

I'm interested in buying fabric by the metre, do you sell this?
I do not offer fabrics by the metre - my commission service is open for any bespoke project ideas you may have.

Can I only buy your products online?
