How long will my order take to dispatch?
All products on the Agate & Ayre online store are in stock products ready to ship. At the moment I am limiting my trips to the post office to twice a week to do my bit in staying home, so please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be dispatched. Commissioned pieces will vary in dispatch time, as they are made to order.
Which postal options do you offer?
Domestic shipping options are all signed for and insured for your peace of mind and cost as follows: Orders under £50 will be sent using Royal Mails 2nd Class signed for service for £2.99 or can be upgraded to the 1st Class signed for service at £4.99. Orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge using Royal Mails 2nd Class signed for service or you can upgrade to the 1st Class signed for service for £2.99. Offering free shipping can be unsustainable for small businesses to offer, but I have tried to keep postage costs down whilst still providing a quick and traceable service. International delivery is available, rates depend on the country and do not include any taxes or import fees. I can't be held responsible for any local taxes incurred when buying from outside the UK. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns or questions regarding this!
I'm interested in buying fabric by the metre, do you sell this?
I do not offer fabrics by the metre - my commission service is open for any bespoke project ideas you may have.
Can I only buy your products online?
Agate & Ayre is stocked in limited selected retailers, on my Contact page you can find an up to date list of all my upcoming events and current stockists.
Are you on Etsy?
I have moved all business from Etsy to my online store so I can streamline my offering and provide a more on brand shopping experience.
