At Agate & Ayre, we take the utmost pride in hand making our range of textile accessories. Everything is sewn by April from her own studio. Because of this - please allow for slight variations from product to product. This in no way reflects the quality or functionality of your purchase.
When digitally printing on natural fabrics such as silk, there may be extremely small variations in colour from batch to batch, however we do everything we can to minimise this risk. Shrinkage of 3-5% can be expected on digitally printed fabrics, and this varies from batch to batch, however to counter this we always print larger than necessary for products such as scarves. This may mean that a scarf that is stated as 90cm square may be a few cm larger or smaller but we do all we can to minimise this.
There are care instructions listed on each product listing - as with most handmade items, many of them are dry clean only or sponge clean. Agate & Ayre cannot accept responsibility or returns on items which are damaged due to improper care.
In the unlikely event there is a genuine fault with your item, and you believe it to be a product defect, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
At Agate & Ayre we take your privacy seriously.
We currently collect and process the following information when you order through our online store: Name, contact details, address. We collect this information directly from you. This is to provide you with a service and to be able to run our business properly. We only ask for the information we need to provide you with the services you require. Your information is only retained as long as is necessary until we have fulfilled our services to you. We will NEVER sell or misuse your information.
Payment details are processed through a third party and we never have access to any card details stored on your account.
