A luxurious silk scrunchie featuring 'BASALT'. Inspired by the otherworldly columns found at the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland and Fingal's Cave, Staffa. I used my own photography from a trip to the causeway for this design, featuring forest green and terracotta.
Made from super soft 100% silk satin, these are curly hair friendly and comfortable to wear in all types of hair. Silk has a wide range of benefits for the hair, including less breakage and frizz thanks to it's smooth, frictionless surface.
The OEKO-TEX certified silk has been printed on the same base as my decadent silk scarves. All Agate & Ayre products are handmade by me in my Glasgow studio.
