A beautifully soft, versatile bamboo headband which has a twist at the front for a stylish way to hold your hair back. This is 'ABERDEEN' which features Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) imagery of a sand sample collected at Aberdeen beachfront. This amazing piece of technology can view sand grains at one thousandth of a millimetre. April combined the monochrome SEM images with a colour palette from the day she collected the sand to create this beautiful moody blue and sandy beige textile. The coordinates featured are where the sand was collected.
